All orders received before 12pm (Monday to Friday) where items are in stock (electrical books) will be despatched the same day by Royal Mail 1st class post or via courier (dependent on the weight of your order) or courier arranged by LOGIC4TRADE. However, LOGIC4TRADE cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the Royal Mail service and or relevant couriers and therefore cannot guarantee next day delivery.

The delivery address used will be the address that is registered against the LOGIC4TRADE website account created. Gas Safe Registration numbers will be verified with the Gas Safe Register. If you require the goods to be delivered to an alternative address, please let us know when ordering. Please contact us if you have any queries.
We will endeavour to delivery your goods for the cost our system has charged you / you have paid. We will try and deliver this via different methods, such as Royal Mail to keep it within the charged price. But if this cannot be achieved, you (the customer) will be responsible to the additional cost / fee.
It is our company policy to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days if the items are “Stock” or “Off the Shelf Items”, but there are certain products which are made to order and in these cases delivery may be more than 3 working days. Please allow up to 28 working days for any “Personalised or made to order” products once sign off has been approved.
Goods are delivered via our Couriers or Recorded delivery and will require a signature on receipt (in most cases). If delivery has to be attempted more than twice due to the recipient not being in to receive the goods, a second delivery charge may be made. Furthermore, if the recipient requires a delivery to be redirected, a second delivery charge may also be incurred. If the goods are returned to LOGIC4TRADE due to a non-delivery (i.e. wrong address, rejected receipt, an additional minimum delivery charge of £6.95 plus VAT will be charged on all orders to be resent on a next day courier. Orders heavier than 20kg or outside of UK Mainland (deemed as per our courier rates) may be subject to an additional delivery surcharge.
The Delivery Charge amount will be shown separately at the checkout and VAT added.
Shortages
Should any consignment be sent to you incomplete please contact our customer service department within 3 working days who will be pleased to investigate this for you and to arrange for the completion of your order. Please be aware that back-ordered items that are "to follow" do not constitute shortages.
Damaged Goods
Should you receive any parcel from us that contains damaged goods this should be notified to customer services who will arrange for collection and replacement, within the 7 working day period. If any damaged items have been used they will be deemed acceptable by you and will not be considered for replacement, only repair. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this policy shall affect or modify your STATUTORY RIGHTS.
Faulty Products
All products are supplied with manufacturer’s warranty. You can send the faulty products back to us for repair or exchange. Customer pays for the return carriage; however we can arrange a Collection which can be quoted for at the time.
Products supplied by third party manufacturers and suppliers will have all relevant returns information contained within the packaging. If you are unsure please call our customer services team on 0208 845 7222
Please note that LOGIC4TRADE shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivering goods. In the unlikely event that your product appears lost or is damaged in transit please contact LOGIC4TRADE immediately with your concerns and we will take appropriate action. You must keep the original packing in case you have any reason to return your purchase.
Force Majeure
LOGIC4TRADE will not be under any liability whatsoever in the event that we are prevented or delayed from supplying or making delivery of any goods by any reason or cause beyond the control of LOGIC4TRADE.
Risk and Ownership
Ownership of goods remains with LOGIC4TRADE until payment for the goods has been received in full, once the goods has been passed to the customer, at the delivery address supplied; it will then be the customer’s ownership.
Complaints
LOGIC4TRADE Online will acknowledge any complaint submitted in writing and do everything we can to put it right. We aim to provide a high standard of customer service.
